ingredients:
- Mixed Greens of your choice to fill a large bowl
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp. organic toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- cracked black pepper to taste
method:
- Add greens to a medium size bowl
- Top with lemon and sesame oil
- Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, avocado salt and pepper
- Top with your favorite protein for a complete meal, or use as a side dish to your favorite entree!
