makes 2-3 side dish servings
ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower head
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- sprinkle of black pepper
method:
- Cut cauliflower into medium-sized florets and remove stems as much as possible
- Steam cauliflower by preferred method until very soft
- Transfer cauliflower to a food processor or blender and add coconut milk and sea salt
- Blend until very smooth
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with black pepper
