Simple swaps

One of the very first things I tell my clients when they start coaching with me is to do a fridge & pantry clean out!

I'm big on reading labels (because we have to be educated consumers!) and looking out for things like inflammatory oils such as canola oil and soybean oil, added sugar, gluten and soy is BIG.

These things won't keep you feeling your best, and it's more important to fill your diet with nutrient dense options like high quality protein, healthy fats, nuts and seeds, fruits and tons of veggies.

When you start to read more labels you'll be amazed at just how often junky ingredients are hiding in your favorite items! 

Where can they hide? In all processed foods, crackers, cookies, breads, pastries, cereals, granola, chips, frozen foods, salad dressings, sauces, spreads, pasta sauce, protein bars, nuts, nut butters, chocolate, and MORE.

So, ok...you've cleaned out your fridge and pantry. Now what!? What do you use instead?
