What I buy at the grocery store
/I just got back from the grocery store (today it was my local Sprouts Market) and I wanted to show you what I got! You know I'm all about a real food diet - with a focus on nutrient density and blood sugar regulation (bye-bye hangry monster). When I shop, I think about getting my staples, trying a few new things, and the meals I'll be creating this week with a balance between protein, and healthy carbs + fats.
Why do I focus on whole foods? The more real food you eat, the more bang for your buck you're getting in nutrient density and that's what keeps us feeling our best both mentally and physically which is super important.
I'm so used to shopping this way I am literally in and out in no time. Eating healthy does not have to be difficult or time-consuming, I promise.
