Salmon & Avocado Seaweed Wrap

dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo

makes 3 wraps

ingredients:

  • 1 can wild caught salmon (I like the brand "wild planet")
  • 1 small avocado 
  • 3 nori sheets or seaweed (I like the brand "sea snax") 
  • 3 tsp. coconut aminos (soy sauce substitute)

method:

  • Add salmon to a small bowl
  • Cut the avocado in half and spoon it into the bowl with the salmon
  • Mash the avocado and salmon together with a fork till both ingredients are mixed together well
  • Add 1 tsp. of the coconut aminos and mix one more time
  • Place the nori sheets on individual plates and spoon 1/3 of the salmon and avocado on top
  • Roll in each side of the nori sheet and roll up the salmon and avocado or just eat it deconstructed
  • Dip wraps into the remainder of the coconut aminos
