Salmon & Avocado Seaweed Wrap
/Salmon & Avocado Seaweed Wrap
dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo
makes 3 wraps
ingredients:
- 1 can wild caught salmon (I like the brand "wild planet")
- 1 small avocado
- 3 nori sheets or seaweed (I like the brand "sea snax")
- 3 tsp. coconut aminos (soy sauce substitute)
method:
- Add salmon to a small bowl
- Cut the avocado in half and spoon it into the bowl with the salmon
- Mash the avocado and salmon together with a fork till both ingredients are mixed together well
- Add 1 tsp. of the coconut aminos and mix one more time
- Place the nori sheets on individual plates and spoon 1/3 of the salmon and avocado on top
- Roll in each side of the nori sheet and roll up the salmon and avocado or just eat it deconstructed
- Dip wraps into the remainder of the coconut aminos
