Chia Seed Pudding

makes 1 servings
ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- collagen protein, favorite protein powder or 2 tbsp. hemp seeds (optional)
- 7 drops stevia (optional)
method:
- Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl with a secure lid
- Top and shake everything for a few seconds till mixed
- Store in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight
- Top with favorite fresh fruit, nuts or coconut flakes
